All information regarding the learning programs is provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, specific development or learning success cannot be guaranteed.
3. Contract Conclusion and Payment Terms
By registering for a workshop on our website, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. We will confirm receipt of your registration by email.
The contract is only concluded upon our separate acceptance confirmation. Payment is made by bank transfer or direct debit; the exact payment deadlines will be communicated in the confirmation.
3.1 Withdrawal and Cancellation
Withdrawal from the contract is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the workshop. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a compensation fee of 50% of the participation fee.
4. Rights and Obligations of Participants
Participants (or their legal guardians) are obliged to comply with the workshop rules and to take care of the property of KreativKinder gGmbH. In the event of gross misconduct, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from the event.
Registration is personal and non-transferable. If a child is unable to attend, we ask for timely notification.
5. Liability and Responsibility
KreativKinder gGmbH is fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, and health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Participation in the workshops is at your own risk. We point out that creative activities with materials such as paint, clay, or glue involve a certain risk of soiling or minor injuries.
6. Data Protection and Image Rights
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can access at policy.html. Data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
During the workshops, photos and videos may be taken for documentation and advertising purposes. Use will only occur with prior written consent from the legal guardians.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. We will inform you of significant changes by email. If you do not object within four weeks, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
The current version can always be found on this page.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of KreativKinder gGmbH.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose shall apply.
